Yoga will take place in a handcrafted yurt with removable sides to allow the breeze to flow through as we connect with the surrounding serene nature.
This intimate day retreat (13 people max) is open to all levels. A wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice in a welcoming environment and get to know like minded people.

Please bring your reusable water bottles and coffee cups (with lids)
All yoga equipment are provided:
Yoga Mats, bolsters / moon cushions, straps and blankets

Drive | Free parking is available on site (lift shares often available with other students)
SouLand @ Home Farm is located off Aldenham Road, Elstree, Hertfordshire, WD6 3AZ.
You will see the SouLand sign and a traffic cone at the entrance to the driveway of Home Farm (its easy to miss.)
Follow the driveway down and take the first right turn down the country lane until you reach the car park.
Park anywhere here and walk through the metal gates to the left of the farmhouse.
You will find us across the grass, nestled behind the trees to your right (opposite the barn.)
